• Friday, March 13 between 11:00 PM EST and Saturday, March 14 4:00 AM ET: SaaS Clients A-H
• Friday, March 20 between 11:00 PM ET and Saturday, March 21 12:00 PM ET: All other SaaS Clients and All On Premise Clients

For all On Premise Clients:  If your agency has not established an active Team Viewer connection to your SERVER for us to access your system, we strongly recommend that you contact Customer Service to establish a connection as soon as possible, so that the updates can be applied promptly on March 20.

Tax Credit and Rural Development HOTMA calculations are now available

WT2+ now supports both pre-HOTMA and HOTMA-compliant Tax Credit and Rural Development certification calculations.

Project Policy Screen Enhancements

• The Project Policy screen has been enhanced to allow users to enable HOTMA calculations by program type. Additionally, policy settings that need to be annually updated for inflationary adjustments are now grouped together on the screen. Year-End Compliance Updates

The IRS module has been updated with the following changes for the 2025 tax year:

• IRS 1099-MISC form has been updated. (form revised April 2025)
• IRS 1099-NEC form has been updated. (form revised April 2025)
• IRS 1099 Combined State/Federal form has been updated. Oregon (Code 41) has been added and Missouri (Code 29) has been removed.

Landlord Access

• The 1099-MISC Copy B for tax year 2025 has been uploaded to Landlord Access.

Compliance Updates

• The 2026 county-level Fair Market Rent chart effective August 1, 2025 has been added.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

Inspections:

• In Schedule Inspection’s Requested Inspections list, Section 8 inspections for dual-subsidy units will now show in the Section 8 list instead of the Public Housing list. (IR-127155)
• The issue is resolved for users encountering a ‘SELECT returns more than one row’ error when scheduling inspections for households with a TRACS Subsidy Assistance account. (IR-112722)
• The HUD Form 52580 Inspection Checklist for S8 Inspections has been updated for pages 6-8. The print is clear, and the information fits within the boxes. (IR-127382)

Occupancy and Rent Calculation (ORC):

• Functionality has been added to allow users to create and finalize Multi-Family (TRACS) certifications on Terminated households. Certifications finalized after a termination and before an initial certification will not be included on TRACS vouchers. (IR-103163)
• On the household screen’s certification tab, the TTP value for MTW program types will now show the certification’s TTP amount for certifications finalized after receiving this update. (IR-124466)
• For TRACS tenants, users can now select the NS code when the termination certification effective date matches the move-in effective date, allowing them to finalize the termination certification without error. (IR-126877)
• For an S8 Project-Based Assistance Interim eTrans, (2i) cannot exceed 13 months from the effective date of the interim certification (2b). (IR-127329)
• When validating a certification, the user will no longer see the error “Next Exam Date cannot be more than 13 months later than 2b" for field 2i. (IR-128924)

Voucher Management System (VMS):

• In VMS, the FSS escrow amount for terminated FSS participants will now show in gather months that they were an active participant. (IR-107897)

Consumable Inventory (CI)/Purchase Order (PO):

• Creating a Purchase Request from the Restock Feature will no longer change the Ship To warehouse on existing open Purchase Requests (IR-103368).
